One-Sided Love
Tuesday, 22 October 2013 | Tuesday, October 22, 2013 | 0 wink
Unrequited love or one-sided love is a love that is not openly reciprocated or understood as such. The beloved may or may not be aware of the admirer's deep and strong romantic affections. Unrequited means as 'not reciprocated or returned in kind' (Merriam Webster Online Dictionary, Wiki).
Have you ever watched a 'Gentleman's Dignity' ? It's one of the Korean comedy-romantic series drama which i like the most. One of the actor, Kim Do Jin (played by Jang Dong Gun) experienced this: one-sided love with Seo Yi Soo (played by Kim Ha Neul). In the end, Yi Soo realized that she was actually got the same feeling with Kim Do Jin. You better watch the drama. i laughed a lot because there were so many funny actions made by the main cast.
well back to one-sided love. One-sided love will tells you the horrible and horrifying feeling of falling in love alone. loving that boy/girl without the satisfaction of receiving their love in return. the experience happens a lot in high school and is often something you wish never happened..
girl: I know we have been friends for a really long time but i really really like you
Boy: listen, i like you as a friend and thats it
Girl: but i love you
Boy I'm sorry, its just one sided love
:(
it happens to all of us at one time or the other. we fall in love with someone who does not love us back the same way as we love them. one sided love. unreturned love. unreciprocated love,
it a sad thing right?
well whatever we do, don't try too hard to make somebody love you. i can never stress this enough. by trying too hard, you might actually be killing any small chances there might be for the other person to fall for you. growing things need lots of room to grow freely and playfully. you cant convince a wild tiger or wolf to come out and play with you by trying too hard and chasing it all over the jungle. the most you can do is regulate your own behavior and hope for it to come to you on its own. who knows, if you are lucky, things might flow your way. but don't try too hard lest you kill your chances yourself.
p/s: and if i have the chance, will you let me know? :)

Forgive But Don't Forget

You don't walk into love.
You fall in,
That's why it's so hard to get out.
4 years, 8 months and 16 days is a long period.
I remember when i used to say 'i fell in love with a boy and I've not been the same since'.
Yes, i still fell in love with him although we had broke up.
Stupid me huh?
My friends said u have to move on
Moving on?
Sounds so easy. But i died a thousand times in pain
just to appreciate this phrase.
If i hadn't meet him, my life would be completely different.
Pain, anger, sadness, i cannot let them control me.
I'm too tired of waiting.
I'm too tired of crying.
I have to be positive.
Stand up again.
Start a new chapter.
Open a new book.
Refresh.
Forgive.
Forget.
Wait, i can't forget.
I've learned.
Learnt from my past relationship.
Believe in God.
Pray harder.
He took out people that I love because
He has prepare something good to me.
''One day, someday will walk into your life
and make you see why it never worked out with anyone else''.
via,
me

Question?

An anonymous asked: why would God allow the same thing to happen again and again?like me having to love someone but does not love me back or i'm kind of taken advantage of??Answer: God has nothing to do with it. That is your free will at work. How about not going out with someone and getting to know the Lord through His Word and through spending time with Him every day in prayer and waiting upon Him. I believe that a woman should be so close to the Lord that a young man must seek out the Lord to find her. Can you even imagine what a mighty man of God that would be. I want you to hold out for God’s best for you. God bless you!!! :):):)
